The Settings page lets you choose which folders to publish and what access rights to assign to other users for the published folders.
The list of folders shown represents the folders that are available in Outlook. To publish any of these folders, in order that other users may potentially have access to the information held in the folders, tick the tick box next to the corresponding folder. When you tick a folder, it does not grant anyone access to the folder automatically unless a specific access right has already been granted. To grant specific access to the selected folder, press the Access... button.
In order to grant access to one of your folders, you must have been given permission by the administrator in order to do so. If, on pressing the button, you are presented with a message: "You do not have permission to set access rights to your folders", then you should contact your WorkgroupShare administrator, who can arrange this.
